I don’t know how I missed posting this on the site earlier in the month, but in the spirit of celebration for this 3rd Blogiversary of mine, I thought I’d post this fun little piece for those of you who have yet to see it.
This month, Sacramento Magazine’s Dollarwise Gourmet profiled yours truly for a sneak peek into how it is I do what I do. It’s one of my favorite PGEW write-ups thus far; I feel the writer really “got” me and the spirit of improvisation & resourcefulness that is a major component of this blog. It’s a quick, fun read, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Stay tuned for another new recipe and a special year-in-review post to celebrate PGEW’s 3rd birthday!

I love your blog! I have to ask what do you eat for the rest of the day? I get the impression that the meals under $25 are the main meal of the day, am I wrong?
